We’re looking for an Internal Sales Executive to own and grow a portfolio of Tier 4 & Tier 5 customer accounts (annual spend under $100K). This is your chance to join a dynamic team, influence revenue growth, and play a key role in developing long-term customer relationships.
In this role, you’ll help drive our segment’s success by delivering 3% above market growth, securing new business, and nurturing a pipeline of opportunities across multiple sites. You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Production, and Graphics—acting as a true Account Manager focused on results.What You’ll Do Own & Grow Your Accounts
1. Manage inside sales activities for assigned House and passive accounts.
2. Build trusted relationships through consistent communication and exceptional service.
3. Identify growth opportunities within existing customers and drive year-on-year sales.
Develop New Business
4. Conduct market research, qualify leads, and liaise with the wider sales team on high-potential prospects.
5. Execute the full business development cycle—from outreach and sampling to proposal writing, value propositions, and onboarding.
Be the Connector
6. Serve as the bridge between Sales and Marketing to enhance digital content, promote case studies, support webinars, and elevate our online presence.
7. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction.
Deliver Accurate Sales Insights
8. Contribute to annual budgets and monthly forecasts for T4 & T5 accounts.
9. Work with Segment Managers to deliver forecasts within a 10% accuracy range.
10. Maintain all activity, opportunities, and customer notes in Salesforce.
11. Drive Standards & Support Projects
12. Uphold compliance with company and client policies.
13. Track business development metrics and share best practices with colleagues.
14. Lead assigned projects and contribute to company-wide initiatives.
What We’re Looking ForExperience
15. Proven internal sales or customer service experience
16. Ability to manage new business opportunities end-to-end
17. Strong prioritisation, organisation, and communication skills
18. A proactive self-starter and team player
19. Experience in printing/manufacturing
20. Experience managing budgets or forecasting
21. Proficient with Microsoft Windows & Microsoft Office
22. Experience with CRM systems (., Salesforce)
23. Some travel to customer sites may be required therefore a full driver’s licence is essential.
