About the Role
I am working with an international engineering consultancy who are seeking a skilled Revit Technician with proven site experience to join their growing design and delivery team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-driven technician who can translate technical information into coordinated, build able Revit models while supporting the construction team on-site.
Key Responsibilities
Produce high-quality Revit models and technical drawings for RIBA Stage 4 deliverables.
Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure coordinated design information.
Attend site regularly to support technical queries and update drawings, details, and models.
Identify and resolve design clashes in collaboration with the design and site teams.
Assist with the preparation and issuing of construction packs, schedules, and technical documentation.
Maintain BIM standards and contribute to continual process improvements.
Skills & Experience Required
Strong proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows.
Demonstrated site experience during the Technical Design stage (RIBA Stage 4).
Solid understanding of UK construction methods and technical detailing.
Ability to interpret, develop, and coordinate architectural and structural information.
