The Opportunity:
A well-established and reputable North West law firm is looking to expand its busy
Residential Conveyancing
department with the addition of an experienced and motivated
Conveyancing Paralegal
. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual to join a supportive and collaborative legal team that handles a broad range of residential property matters.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting senior conveyancers and solicitors with
end-to-end management
of residential conveyancing transactions including:
* Sales, purchases, remortgages, right to buy, transfers of equity, and leasehold matters
* Liaising professionally and efficiently with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other third parties
* Drafting and preparing legal documents such as contracts, transfer deeds, and completion statements
* Reviewing title documentation and assisting with raising and responding to pre-contract enquiries
* Managing searches, SDLT submissions, and Land Registry applications
* Handling exchange and completion processes
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case files using the firm's case management system
* Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
Essential:
* Minimum of
12 months' experience
in a residential conveyancing role (as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant)
* Strong understanding of the conveyancing process from instruction to post-completion
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficient with case management systems and Microsoft Office
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a busy caseload with supervision
* A client-focused, proactive, and organised approach
Desirable:
* Completion of
LPC
,
CILEX
, or other legal qualification
* Experience with leasehold, new build, or shared ownership matters
* Familiarity with digital conveyancing tools and processes
