Pay range: £14.10/hour (salary equivalent £26,395.20)
Breaks: 3 x 20 minute paid breaks
Shift Pattern: 0600 - 1800, Monday - Saturday, rotating weekly.
Responsibilities
* Picking pallets from the racking with reach truck and taking to the relevant production area, using a handheld scanner to record the movements.
* Putting pallets away into the racking and scanning all pallets that have been moved to the correct location.
* Operating a clean as you go policy to ensure the warehouse and truck remain clean at all times.
* Loading and unloading lorries.
* Monitor and maintain the GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards of the Warehouse & Forklift Trucks at all times.
* Reach truck licence (essential).
* Counterbalance Licence (desirable).
* Previous experience in Warehouse (essential).
* A good understanding of Stock Management.
* Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) compliance, regulatory requirements, housekeeping and health and safety.
* Must be open to working shifts.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Good written and communications skills.
* Administration and clerical skills and PC literate including being able to work computer system to produce pick lists.
* Solid record of attention to detail and strict adherence to procedures.
* Ideally have experience of using PPT (Powered Pallet Truck); training may be given.
* Overtime available but not guaranteed. Heckington 1.5x hourly rate, and 2x on a Sunday.
