The Role: We seek a forward-thinking Project Manager to lead technology projects across our production sites, including ERP, MES, automation, and traceability solutions. You'll collaborate with production, engineering, sustainability, and IT teams to translate vision into actionable plans, manage delivery, and ensure impactful results.
Responsibilities include:
* Leading planning and delivery of digital and tech projects to enhance production capabilities
* Working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners
* Managing project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources
* Ensuring compliance with food manufacturing standards and sustainability goals
* Implementing new systems like ERP, MES, SCADA, and digital quality tools
* Reporting progress, risks, and ROI to senior stakeholders
* Facilitating understanding and success during and after implementation
Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience managing tech or digital transformation projects.
Hours of Work:
37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday, core hours 10am-4pm.
