In this role, the Business Development Manager will focus on the North West region, responsible for identifying new leads and building a sales pipeline for multi-utility infrastructure opportunities within the residential, commercial, and renewable sectors.
You will develop and maintain client relationships through to construction, collaborate with internal teams to create accurate, high-quality proposals, and ensure a seamless handover to delivery teams.
This role suits a seasoned Business Development Manager or sales professional with a strong B2B background and proven experience within utilities, construction, infrastructure, or civils.

The Role:
* Generate new leads and build a sales pipeline for multi-utility infrastructure projects
* Focus on residential, commercial, and renewable sectors
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as their point of contact throughout the proposal lifecycle
* Liaise and collaborate with internal teams to produce high-quality bids, proposals, and estimates
* Ensure a seamless handover to the delivery team
* Remote position with frequent travel required

* Full UK Driving License
