What You'll Be Doing
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll take ownership of an engineering desk, working across disciplines that may include civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, process, and project engineering among others. You'll be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, driving new business activity, attracting and placing top engineering talent, and contributing to the wider success of the team. There will also be scope to take on a mentoring role with junior consultants as the team continues to grow.
What We're Looking For
You'll have a minimum of 4 years' experience in recruitment consultancy with a strong and consistent billing history at senior level within engineering or a closely related technical sector. You'll be commercially driven, confident in business development, and skilled at building the kind of long-term client and candidate relationships that set great recruiters apart. Familiarity with the Irish engineering market will be a distinct advantage though not essential for the right candidate.
