We are looking for a new team member as Studio Manager
1. Working hours: 35 hours / Mon - Friday.
2. Hybrid role: You will be based at either our Horsham, West Sussex hub or our London Hub, with a main focus on home working. There will be a requirement for you to travel to our hubs when needed.

What a day might look like for you
Here atthe RSPCA no two days are the same. Below is a short summary of what a typical day might look like, for a full insight please refer to the attached job description.
As the Studio Manager for the RSPCA's in-house creative team, your day is a dynamic blend of strategy and operations. You'll be the main point of contact for all creative requests, acting as the team's gatekeeper and champion by refining briefs and ensuring they align with business objectives.
What you'll bring:
3. Proven ability in allocating and scheduling work, and managing capacity and priorities for a creative team.
4. An experienced account/project manager.
5. Demonstrated skill in working with stakeholders to agree briefs, schedules, priorities, and deadlines.
6. Proficiency in pushing back on requests when required (e.g., no capacity, not a priority project).
7. Significant knowledge and understanding of the creative process across all channels, and the ability to recognise high standards and great creative work.
8. Skilled at briefing, checking, and managing external agencies and freelancers.
9. Familiarity with workflow programmes (e.g., Trello).
10. A keen eye for design.
Successful candidates for certain RSPCA roles will need to undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
