ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY The Media Delivery Team ensures the seamless execution of SBC Media’s projects and client campaigns. They manage media client relationships from contract signing to campaign completion, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and align with client objectives. The team collaborates across departments to optimise media offerings, track performance, and drive business growth. They also oversee project planning, reporting, and system optimisation to enhance operational efficiency. SBC Media is looking for a Media Project Executive to join a rapidly growing Media Delivery Team working on projects that include digital conferences and webinars, online and print publishing, and market research. This is a key role in the planning and delivery of a wide variety of media projects undertaken in partnership with clients in the sports betting, iGaming, and payments technology industries worldwide. The role involves scheduling and resource planning across multiple teams, as well as regular internal reporting. Additionally, the Media Project Executive will play a vital role in client and partner interactions, managing onboarding, providing project updates, and ensuring comprehensive end-of-project reporting. By coordinating across teams and ensuring smooth project execution, this position will help enhance efficiency, client satisfaction, and overall media performance. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES Project Planning & Coordination Develop and maintain project schedules for digital conferences, webinars, market research reports, magazines, and newsletters. Coordinate with both internal teams and external partners to ensure project milestones, deadlines, and promotional schedules are met. With the Media Director, prioritise and allocate tasks in partnership with department managers and cross-functional leads to ensure timely and effective delivery. Track project progress and proactively address potential bottlenecks or delays. Client & Partner Management Onboard commercial partners, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to project execution. Act as the primary liaison for stakeholders, delivering clear, concise updates on project status, emerging risks, and approved scope changes. Foster productive relationships with clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment and open communication throughout the project lifecycle Ensure all contracted deliverables are met on time and to the highest quality standards. Prepare and deliver end-of-project reports to partners, offering insights and performance analysis. Operational & Administrative Support Obtain print quotes, book print production, and confirm schedules for print publications. Liaise with print advertisers regarding deadlines and creative submissions. Maintain and update email and postal distribution lists, ensuring accurate audience targeting. Organise postal distribution of print publications, coordinating logistics as required. Produce weekly progress and resource allocation reports for internal stakeholders. Maintain internal systems and databases, including project tracking tools like Asana and HubSpot (CRM). Process Improvement & Reporting Support the broader Media Delivery Team in optimising project workflows, identifying opportunities for greater efficiency. Ensure data accuracy and reporting consistency across all projects. Work closely with the Advertising & Media Operations Executive to track campaign performance and key metrics. Contribute to refining project planning methodologies and enhancing internal best practices. ABOUT YOU You must have: Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with internal teams, external partners, and clients. Proven experience in project coordination or project management, preferably in a media, marketing, or digital environment. Ability to prioritise workloads, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced setting. Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to project tracking and reporting. Experience managing stakeholder relationships, ensuring smooth onboarding, execution, and reporting. Proficiency in standard office software, particularly spreadsheets (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets) for tracking deliverables and budgets. It would be nice if you had: Familiarity with media, publishing, or digital advertising workflows. Experience in client-facing roles, ensuring a smooth delivery process and strong partner relationships. Comfortable working with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or similar platforms. Understanding of survey tools for gathering market insights. Interest or experience in the sports betting, iGaming, or payments technology industries. Exposure to CRM platforms such as HubSpot, ensuring accurate client and project records. Knowledge of print media production processes, including liaising with advertisers and managing print schedules.
