Due to continued growth and success, Total Security are on the lookout for a Brand Communications Executive to expand the team.

Skills:
* Familiarity with designing and building HTML email templates
* Analytical skills to monitor campaign performance metrics (CTR, open rate, bounce rate) and provide actionable insights.
* Proven experience using email marketing or transactional mailer platforms such as Stripo, SendGrid, Mailchimp, or similar.
* An interest in providing great Customer Communication and showcasing the benefits of our software.
Operations:
* Oversee and manage the execution of all communication and reputation requests received from the Head of Operations.
* Fulfill additional duties as assigned by the senior management team.
* Demonstrated ability to lead projects from initiation to completion or collaborate effectively within project teams.
Brand Communication:
* Manage all customer email communications through our mailer, ensuring consistency, correct branding and success rates.
* Manage the sender accounts of all communications
* Develop and implement regular email promotional campaigns which demonstrate the value in our brands.
* Analyse the performance of all email campaigns, identifying trends and fluctuations to ensure optimal results.
* Pinpoint opportunities for enhancing both customer engagement and experience within email communications and external messaging.
* Work closely with the Compliance Manager to update communications in line with business needs and compliance regulations.
* Coordinate with all departments to ensure email communications align with their requirements.
* Keep teams informed of any changes that may impact their respective areas.
* Follow Brand Guidelines as supplied by Design
Brand Reputation
* Assist with Brand Reputation by checking review feedback and identify areas of improvement.
* Test Customer Feedback engagements and identify areas to optimise
* Identify new review platforms where we can grow and highlight our brand reputation
* Report use of brand infringement and scam websites that negatively impact our brand reputation.
* Identify opportunities where email communication can be used to receive Customer Feedback.
