Description
Join Third Hand Healthcare Ltd as a Care Worker supporting adults (and some children) to live safely at home in your local community. You’ll provide personal care, medication prompts, meal support and companionship on pre‑planned local routes. We offer block hours, paid training, shadowing and supportive supervision. Drivers preferred (business insurance needed); walkers/cyclists considered for compact routes.
What you’ll do
* Deliver person‑centred care in clients’ homes
* Support with washing, dressing, meals, and medication prompts
* Record notes accurately on our e‑systems
* Work with families and professionals to keep people safe and well

What you’ll need
* Compassion, reliability, and good communication
* Right to work in the UK
* Enhanced DBS (including Children’s Barred List if applicable — we arrange this)
* Full UK driving licence & car preferred (local non‑drivers considered)
* Willing to work some early mornings, evenings and alternate weekends
