The role involves creating and delivering training sessions, providing post-training support, and ensuring users are proficient in using the system. Skills & Experience: * Experience with multiple IT systems is a plus (EPR). * Strong classroom and face-to-face training experience. Key Responsibilities: * Deliver classroom and face-to-face training on IT systems (EPR). * Develop training materials and user guides. * Collaborate with IT and healthcare teams to identify training needs.
