The Role
1. Analyse creative and campaign data to identify trends and performance insights
2. Develop actionable recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness
3. Create reports, visualisations, and presentations for internal and client stakeholders
4. Present insights confidently to agency teams and clients
5. Collaborate with strategy, creative, and product teams to refine campaign strategies
6. Contribute to the development of new tools and automation processes AI-powered optimisation, creative tagging)
The Candidate
7. 2+ years' experience in a data, media, or digital analytics role
8. Knowledge of programmatic and/or social media platforms
9. Familiarity with creative production or DCO campaigns
10. Strong numeracy and analytical skills with a good grasp of statistics
11. Experience in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and storytelling
12. Interest in digital marketing and creative performance
