About the team
This team directly works with children and young people and their families who have a permanent disability or a life‑limiting illness. They provide counselling yearly radius and 1/2 assistance for your clients. The team also makes alternative care plans such as family placement, respite, and specialist placement.
About you
The ideal candidate will have post‑qualifying experience in Children's Social Work. Experience within Looked Ahead Children or duty and assessments lends well to this position. A degree in Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW). You will also need to be Social Work England Registered.
