An ambitious and student-focused secondary school in Reading is recruiting for a skilled and compassionate SENCO to take a leadership role in delivering outstanding support for students with additional needs. This is a full-time, permanent post starting September 2025 and would suit an experienced SENCO or an aspiring leader with a passion for inclusion and wellbeing. As a SENCO, you will work across the whole school, influencing strategy and ensuring students receive tailored, impactful support.
