We’re now looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our award-winning team as a Recruitment Administrator. If this sounds like the place for you, we’d love to hear from you!
About The Role
Your focus as a Recruitment Administrator will be to support the Recruitment function and work as part of a team to provide administrative assistance with preparation and publication of job advertisements and the maintenance our ATS system whilst maintaining a professional standard and high attention to detail.
Other Responsibilities Will Include
* Effectively using our ATS to create, edit and close all roles we have available including the housekeeping of the system to ensure fluidity and consistency across the group
* Support and respond to all queries from the wider business through various different functions in a timely manner
* Liaising with the wider People team and providing support in compliance where needed
* Liaising with hiring managers/home administrators to align on staffing requirements and ensure a smooth candidate experience
About You

Our Ideal Candidate Must
* Have previous experience in an administrative role
* Be proficient in Microsoft Office and computer skills
* An understanding of the recruitment process and safe recruitment practices
* Have an enthusiastic, polite and professional manner in all communications
