More about your role
In this role,you'llsupport customerswith complex needsto sustain their tenancy and remain as independent as possible.You'llrespond to referrals, address tenancy concerns, signpost customers to the right agencies and provide a mobile housing management service by visiting homes to ensure they are safe,secureand suitable.
Working as part of theIntensive Housing ManagementTeam,you'llmanage your own caseload, carrying out assessments,signupsand tenancy reviews, while responding to issues such as ASB and tenancy breaches.You'llwork closely with external partners throughmultiagencymeetings, keepaccuraterecords and support plans up to date, report safeguarding and property concerns, and contribute to key service targets including arrears,voidsandrelettimes.

It is essential that you meet the following criteria to be eligible for an interview
Social Housing experience within a customer facing role
Valid UK driving licence and access to your own car
You'llhave experience working in supported or social housing and will be confident supporting customers with complex needs while helping them understand and manage their tenancy responsibilities.You'llbe knowledgeable about tenancy management, safeguarding, and the regulatory requirements that underpin good housing practice, andyou'llbe comfortable working independently across multiple schemes.
