Are you looking for a role in a faced paced ever changing environment where no 2 days are ever the same? then this role could be for you!
You will be the first person to greet patients, relatives and other professionals on arrival to the unit so good communication and empathy is essential. You will answer calls and advise or direct as appropriate.
You will maintain an awareness of the location of patients and direct them to scans and appointments.
You will book patients in, then liaise with with various members of the team to ensure safe and efficient running of the unit.
Main duties of the job
Responding to external and internal telephone queries from staff, patients and others and referring to appropriate person.
Organising incoming and outgoing post, referring enquires to appropriate person if necessary.
Booking patient transport
You will take the lead in ordering any items for the department, maintaining stock
Management of results and information flow.
booking in patients and discharging timely and efficiently

10. Good General Education
11. ECDL or equivalent experience

13. Significant previous admin experience
14. Experience of Excel, power Point, email and internet
