Howden - Corporate & Commercial are on the hunt for an Account Executive who has a passion for providing exemplary service, building rapport with clients, and possess a natural curiosity for business. If you are skilled and experienced developing new business within the printing industry, we would love to speak with you.
Please note this is a full-time, permanent opportunity. You will be based in our Maidstone office and ideally be onsite for 2-3 days per week on average.
Overview:
1. A collaborative environment led by experienced insurance leaders, fostering growth and development.

4. Become trusted advisors, asking the right questions, and continuously learning.
5. Ensure client retention targets are met through excellent service.
Knowledge:
6. Essential experience in print insurance.
7. Ability to build and develop a pipeline of SME to Mid corporate print risks, alongside managing the larger risks once placed.
8. Prior experience of winning new business with B2B clients
Skills:
9. Ability to develop business through client meetings, marketing activities and building strong community engagement.
10. Strong negotiation and broking skills.
11. Superior client service abilities.
12. Experience using Acturis is highly desirable.
Qualifications:
13. GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
14. A levels (desirable).
15. CII Certification would be advantageous, or a willingness to work towards it.
