Responsibilities
Lead and expand Mindboxs international client portfolio for automation & AI (UiPath, Copilot Studio, LLMs other RPA/automation technologies) and Epicor ERP implementations
Build and manage the UK and Polish automation/AI and ERP sales team driving local and international growth
Identify new niches and markets for dynamic expansion, both geographically and through tailor-made offerings and sales campaigns
Expand Mindbox communication and value proposition, including the broader IT specialisation
Proactive prospecting, qualification criteria, databases, and sales funnel management
Cooperate with marketing, delivery team, and wider business development team to enhance business development efficiency
Essential Skills
Minimum 8 years of experience in IT solution/services sales to enterprises, especially in ERP and automation/AI implementations
Extensive track record of successful sales pursuits of the value 500kGBP +
Proven track record in developing new markets internationally, including outside the UK
Experience in leading sales teams, with motivation to develop own client portfolio as well as grow the team
Fluent English and excellent communication skills
Goal- and results-oriented, with numbers and measures as the foundation of work
Open-mindedness and desire to grow together with Mindbox
Experience in projects with manufacturing companies is an advantage
