In respect of this role, the successful applicant will provide effective, professional, high-quality, modern, and solution-focused Business Support to achieve outcomes for the service area and ensure consistency across the Directorate.
The role involves working as part of the Directorate Support Team based within the Children, Young People, and Families Professional Business Support Service. Duties include (but are not limited to):
1. Providing comprehensive, efficient, effective administration support to all team members, liaising with professionals, external agencies, and representatives, internal colleagues, and members of the public.
2. Dealing with inquiries from both internal and external customers, ensuring that a high standard of customer service is delivered at all times.
3. Updating records in Excel and case management systems.
4. Taking electronic minutes for highly confidential meetings in various formats within set deadlines.
5. Analyzing data and statistics to evaluate service performance and outcomes. Conducting research and summarizing findings to support service development.
