We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Home Manager who can lead from the front and inspire a high-performing team.
Above all else, you'll promote resident independence, dignity, and choice, ensuring the highest standards of clinical and residential care are always maintained.
You will have a strong understanding of compliance requirements and the ability to commercially drive the service’s success, particularly within a private-pay environment.
Experience managing elderly care homes is essential, ideally combining both residential and nursing knowledge.
NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care or equivalent
Strong knowledge of the elderly care sector and regulatory frameworks
Proven Home Manager experience with Good or Outstanding CQC outcomes
Commercial acumen (occupancy, marketing, budget management)
We are seeking an experienced Nursing Home Manager to lead a well-established elderly care home based in Suffolk.
In return, our client is offering a competitive salary of £70,000, plus performance bonus and a comprehensive benefits package that will be discussed at interview stage.
