Property Manager – Residential Portfolio

Salary: Up to £30,000 (depending on experience)

About the Role
Are you an organised and proactive Property Manager who takes pride in delivering exceptional service?
Our client is looking for an experienced professional to manage a portfolio of residential properties in Bracknell, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, legal compliance, and a first-class experience for landlords and tenants alike.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of residential properties, handling all aspects of tenancy and property management
* Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors to resolve maintenance issues efficiently and cost-effectively
* Conduct regular property inspections and ensure follow-up actions are completed
* Maintain compliance with property legislation (gas safety, electrical checks, deposit protection, etc.)
* Manage tenancy renewals, rent reviews, and serve legal notices when required
* Oversee rent collection and manage arrears
* Keep accurate, up-to-date records using property management software
* Deliver outstanding customer service and build lasting relationships
About You
* Proven experience in residential property management (essential)
* Strong knowledge of current lettings legislation and compliance
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Highly organised with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
* Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (preferred)
* ARLA qualification (desirable – training support available)
