They are specialists in identifying and brokering deals for residential and social housing developments for a variety of investors – including housing associations, pension funds, to house builders & high net worth individuals. They have been approached to take on the role of Employers Agent and Managing Agent on a variety of new sites. This is a strategically important step for them, and we are looking to recruit a Commercial Director level candidate to lead, grow, and develop the new arm of the business.
