Responsibilities:
* Provide 1-2-1 support to students with diverse needs, including Autism, learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and behavioural
* challenges.
* Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where every student feels valued and supported.
* Collaborate with the staffing team within the school to ensure that every student has the opportunity to reach their full potential.
Requirements:
* Experience working with children, young people, or adults with special educational needs.
* Compassionate and patient character.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Flexibility and adaptability.
* Driving license preferred but not required if you have adequate travel arrangements.
