Job Description
Leading global real estate investment platform seeking an Investment Analyst to join its London-based European Real Estate team.
* Opportunity to work on value-add and opportunistic investments across the UK, Western Europe and the Nordics.
* Exposure to acquisitions, restructurings and complex real estate transactions across multiple asset classes.
* Support underwriting, financial modelling and investment analysis for new opportunities.
* Assist with due diligence, transaction execution, legal processes and coordination with external advisors.
* Prepare investment committee papers, presentations and investor-facing materials.
* Gain exposure to operational real estate and alternative sectors including data centres, student housing, self-storage and healthcare.
* Work closely with senior investment professionals and operating partners across Europe.
* Ideal candidates will have 1–3 years’ experience within real estate investment banking or real estate private equity.
* Additional European language skills would be advantageous, particularly Spanish, Italian or French.
