Overview
Digital Marketing Manager, based in Gateshead, recruited through Harte Recruitment - Property & Construction Recruitment Specialists for a leading property investment company. The role focuses on implementing and executing the digital marketing strategy to boost brand visibility, engage audiences, and generate leads to support global sales. You’ll be hands-on, delivering campaigns and working on the front line to drive results. Property experience is a bonus but not essential; energy, proactivity, and a passion for making things happen are valued.
The Package:
* Basic salary (£40k-45k) + performance commission (OTE £50-55k year 1)
* Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week
* Hybrid working available (up to 2 days per week)
* 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
The Digital Marketing Manager role:
* Develop and execute social media strategies to boost brand awareness, engagement, and leads
* Manage content creation, scheduling, and monitoring across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Tik Tok, YouTube)
* Track and report on performance, refining strategies as needed
* Lead the marketing team, setting KPIs and strategic plans
* Oversee production of engaging content (blogs, emails, videos) tailored to the target audience
* Plan and run digital campaigns for property investments, events, and webinars
* Manage and optimise website content and SEO to enhance traffic and conversions
* Analyse performance data, applying insights for improvements
* Use A/B testing, segmentation, and personalisation to drive engagement
* Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity, identifying new opportunities
* Align marketing strategies with sales and investment goals, reporting on key metrics and ROI
The Person:
* Proven track record of driving measurable business growth through digital marketing
* Expertise across PPC, SEO, social media, website optimisation, CRM, email, video marketing, and copywriting
* Skilled in content creation, campaign development, and lead generation across multiple channels
* Data-driven with strong analytical skills to translate insights into actionable strategies
* Experienced in team leadership, agency management, and multi-project delivery
* Commercially minded, highly organised, and target-focused
* Background in high-ticket B2C sectors (e.g., property, finance), content marketing and thought leadership, video editing/design/automation tools, YouTube or community growth, and industry award recognition (desirable)
