Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our team in a fast-paced food production environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of production lines while adhering to strict food safety standards. This position requires a commitment to quality and safety, as well as the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Duties
* Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
* Follow established procedures for food production, including adherence to HACCP guidelines.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area in accordance with food safety regulations.
* Record production data accurately, utilising basic maths skills for calculations as necessary.
* Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and maintain a safe working environment.
Experience
* Previous experience in food production is highly desirable, particularly within a HACCP-compliant facility.
* Demonstrated knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
* Basic mathematical skills for accurate data recording and calculations.
* Candidates should be proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn new skills in a dynamic work environment.
