Overview
We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Director across Sales & Design to lead and grow both the sales and design functions of a dynamic fashion business. This strategic leadership role focuses on building strong client partnerships, driving revenue, and aligning trend-led product development with market demands. The role also involves collaboration across the supply chain, working with internal teams and international partners.

Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a results-driven sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand the client portfolio
* Lead key account management and foster long-term relationships with major UK and European retail and brand clients
* Oversee trend forecasting and seasonal direction to ensure commercially viable and innovative product ranges
* Work closely with suppliers and production partners across the supply chain to ensure efficient and cost-effective development, production, and delivery
* Collaborate closely with sourcing, production, and merchandising departments to ensure seamless execution from concept through to final delivery
* Partner with offshore teams in Bangladesh to support development and sourcing functions
Qualifications
* Previous experience in senior-level sales leadership or Buying role within the fashion industry
* Previous experience working with NEXT required
* Strong background in supplier relationships, product development, and understanding of the design-to-delivery process
* Proven success in driving revenue, managing major accounts, and leading cross-functional teams
* Solid knowledge of the UK and European fashion retail landscape
* Strong commercial acumen with a creative, trend-sensitive mindset
* Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
