The Perle Oban Hotel & Spa is hiring an experienced and passionate Restaurant and Bar Manager to join their team. This is a permanent contract, working 45 hours a week, Monday through to Sunday, five days a week.
As the Restaurant and Bar Manager, you will oversee all operational aspects of the restaurant & bar. Working closely with the Head Chef, you will ensure the delivery of an exceptional food & beverage guest experience, and lead, train, and recruit the front of house team. This is a guest-facing role, requiring passion for guest service, strong problem-solving and leadership skills, and pride in your work. Prior experience with Resdiary, Lightspeed, Trustyou, and Rotacloud systems is preferred but not required.

At The Oban Brasserie, we serve Scottish produce and seafood cooked in French style, with a casual, attentive service. The Lulu Lounge offers a relaxed setting during the day with coffee, teas, and afternoon tea, transforming into a cocktail and wine destination in the evening.
