Our safeguarding system is underpinned by policies and procedures which encourage and promote safe working practice across HNC. On joining you will be required to undergo continuous professional development to maintain safe working practice and to safeguard our children and young people. Vision & Commitment If you are inspired by our vision, if you are passionate about making a positive difference through self-disciplined hard work, if you are authentically aligned with our ASPIRE values, if you are humble and honestly self-reflective, HNC may well be the perfect match for you.
