NOV Process & Flow Technologies is a leading global provider of topside processing units. We are currently seeking Warranty Manager to join our Lifecycle Services Team.
The Warranty Manager will be a key member of the Lifecycle Services Team and act as the primary contact for customer inquiries related to NOV equipment delivery, overseeing all warranty activities as needed.
The primary objective of this role is to provide proactive customer support, ensuring prompt resolution of any warranty-related issues.
In this capacity, the Warranty Manager will collaborate closely with various NOV teams involved in equipment delivery, including operations, legal, finance, supply chain, and engineering, to address and fulfill customer requirements effectively.
All warranty-related inquiries will be documented and managed in coordination with the NOV teams, with the Warranty Manager taking the lead in resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities of the role include:
1. Providing day-to-day support for incoming client queries
2. Establishing and maintaining productive relationships with key vendors and suppliers to facilitate warranty support and address site queries
3. Conducting monthly analysis of warranty data and preparing internal reports for management review
QUALIFICATIONS:
4. Engineering Degree or equivalent (desirable)
5. Strong commercial skills and exceptional interpersonal abilities for effective engagement with stakeholders (desirable)
EXPERIENCE:
6. Technical understanding and experience in engineering, project execution, and commissioning methods (desirable)
7. Previous experience in a similar managerial role (desirable)
8. Experience in an Oil & Gas Environment (desirable)
9. Proven ability to work across cross-functional and international teams (essential)
10. Proficiency in computer literacy, including advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills (essential)
SKILLS, TRAINING & SPECIALIST KNOWLEDGE:
11. Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with management, suppliers, clients, and internal departments on a global scale
12. Strong negotiation abilities
13. Knowledge of commercial, conflict, and contractual issues
14. Familiarity with risk/opportunity management principles
