Frylite Solutions are currently recruiting for a Customer Distribution Co-ordinator to join the team in Lisburn.

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday- 38.5 hours per week.

Key Job Duties & Responsibilities:

* Coordinate daily distribution activities by responding to calls and emails from both internal and external stakeholders.
* Resolving and responding to queries by communicating effectively to the wider Distribution and Operations Teams and utilising all IT software available including internal distribution systems and the distribution helpdesk.
* Keeping lines of communication open and process followed correctly across whole Distribution department.
* Uploading of routes and runs and changing or amending any details that may arise when changes are made to the rota, so they are responded to effectively and efficiently with minimal disruption.
* Responsible for ensuring all routes and runs for Oil, Food Waste and Fryer management are coordinated and communicated with the distribution teams, so that all Distribution teams know what tasks they must complete each day and have the necessary information needed to complete their work to a high standard.
* Compilation of weekly data to report to SLT and discuss in weekly Commercial/Distribution meeting with the support of the Lisburn Depot Manager.
* Working closely with the Distribution Team and Lisburn Depot Manager to promote the highest level of customer service, identifying and providing solutions to potential issues, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills to respond to a changing and dynamic industry.
* Day to day communication through WhatsApp and phone calls on any issues they report.
* Working alongside the Lisburn Depot Manager to ensure the depot is operationally effective and providing support when required with HR processes and recruitment activity.
* Working closely with other departments within the company to ensure smooth customer onboarding and liaising widely to ensure success within this coordination role.
* Ensuring all issues and concerns are raised with the Lisburn Depot Manager.

Essential Criteria:

* A minimum of 12 months experience in a similar, Transport/Logistics coordination/administration role.
* Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook specifically.
* Previous customer service experience and ability to demonstrate how you can build strong relationships with customers.
* Ability to demonstrate you can work well in a team environment as well as individually to meet set KPIs.
* Good time management skills to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Organisational skills and ability to show high levels of attention to detail in quality of work.
* Written and verbal communication skills.
* Motivated and curious to learn and support your own personal development.
* Ability to demonstrate you have lived Frylite Solution's values in previous roles, Respect, Relationships, Work Ethic, Success & Excellence.

Desirable Criteria

* Previous experience using Transport systems would be desirable.
