For the right person, it offers the chance to be part of an exciting new concept that sits at the intersection of retail and digital About the Role We are looking for enthusiastic, confident and customer-focused Sales Assistants to join the team at ReAlive. This is a hands-on role in a unique retail environment where traditional shop floor service meets the energy of TikTok Shop and live selling. As a Sales Assistant, you will help create a positive and engaging experience for customers, support the day-to-day running of the shop, keep the space well stocked and well presented, and assist with opening and closing tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong energy on the shop floor, and has a genuine interest in TikTok, social media and content. You may also have the opportunity to get involved in content creation and the social side of the business, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys being part of a fun, social and fast-moving environment Key Responsibilities Supporting sales on the shop floor and helping customers with purchases Creating a friendly, welcoming and engaging experience for customers Replenishing stock and helping maintain product availability throughout the day Keeping the shop clean, tidy and visually appealing Assisting with opening and closing the kiosk/store Helping customers discover and understand featured brands and products Bringing positive energy to the space and encouraging customer interaction Supporting the team during busy trading periods and livestream activity Occasionally taking part in mascot duties or promotional activity when required Assisting with basic content and social media activity where appropriate What We’re Looking For Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred Confident, friendly and approachable with strong communication skills Comfortable speaking to customers and creating a positive in-store experience Reliable, proactive and happy to work as part of a team Willing to be hands-on with stock replenishment and general shop floor support An interest in TikTok, social media and digital trends Someone who would enjoy getting involved in content and being part of a social retail environment Weekend availability is essential Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts is preferred Comfortable occasionally supporting promotional or mascot activity We are seeking multiple roles including: Availability to work every Saturday Availability to work every Sunday Availability to work every Friday Some flexibility to work additional shifts during the week where needed Additional hours may be available during the week depending on trading requirements and staff rota needs.
