Role Description
This is a full-time Contracted role for a Regional Sales Manager located in Eastern Europe. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities within the designated region, developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients. The role also involves collaborating with the engineering and product development teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients and overseeing the sales process from initiation to closure.
Qualifications
Experience in sales management and developing sales strategies
Proven track record of building and growing a territory / Pipeline
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Manage and motivate manufacturer's rep groups to execute territory plans
Conduct on-site customer visits, product demos, and presentations
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Willingness to travel within the designated region as needed
5+ years of capitol equipment or technical sales experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not essential
