We're now preparing to open our inspiring new showroom at Spectrum Business Park, Seaham – a destination for interiors, creativity, and design. To support this exciting new chapter, we're looking for a motivated Customer Experience Executive to join our growing team.
This is a varied role where you'll deliver exceptional customer service while also contributing to creative projects, showroom presentation, and marketing support.

About the Role
* Full-time (5 days per week)
* Based at our Seaham (Spectrum Business Park) office, warehouse & showroom
* Hours: 8:30am–4:30pm (some flexibility can be discussed)
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day customer service for House of Isabella retail customers (emails, calls, order queries, aftercare)
* Provide admin and order support across the team
* Collaborate with the creative/design team to share ideas for showroom planning and visual merchandising
* Assist with marketing campaigns, product content, and social media support when required
* Be an adaptable "all-rounder," helping where needed during the showroom launch and beyond
About You
* Customer service background, ideally in retail, interiors, or e-commerce
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Highly organised and adaptable with a can-do attitude
* Enthusiastic about interiors and design, with an eye for detail
* Comfortable working across different tasks in a fast-paced, growing business
