CMC Consulting are partnered with a rapidly expanding multi-site leisure company who are recruiting a Management Accountant to support their Financial Controller during this exciting growth phase.
Key Responsibilities
* Full responsibility for management accounts across allocated sites (P&L and balance sheet)
* Prepare monthly P&Ls and post month-end journals including accrued/deferred income adjustments
* Complete balance sheet reconciliations, processing accruals and prepayments
* Business partnering with Site Managers to drive EBITDA improvements and highlight key insights
* Manage Fixed Asset Registers and review bank reconciliations, AP ledgers and accruals
* Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes
* Ad-hoc projects for the Financial Controller
What We're Looking For
* Part-qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA)
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
* Proactive, commercially-minded approach with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment
