About The Role
We’re looking for a Content Manager or Lead with a sharp editorial mindset and proven experience in crafting compelling, insight-driven content across digital channels. This role is ideal for someone who can build and manage a modern B2B content strategy while working hands-on to produce and commission content that drives awareness, trust, and leads.
You’ll take ownership of our content strategy, editorial calendar, and content production pipeline, working across written, visual, and multimedia formats. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, commercially minded, and passionate about delivering content that informs, inspires, and converts.
You’ll work closely with the brand, creative, sales, product, and leadership teams to develop thought leadership, support go-to-market campaigns, and elevate Interpolitan’s presence in new and existing markets.
What you’ll be doing
* Content Strategy & Planning
o Develop and implement a content strategy aligned with business goals, campaign cycles, and audience needs
o Build and maintain a global editorial calendar across thought leadership, campaigns, SEO, social, and internal needs
o Identify content gaps, opportunities, and emerging topics across verticals, regions and channels (Video / Podcast)
* Content Creation & Management
o Write or commission high-quality content including blogs, articles, white papers, guides, infographics, videos and newsletters
o Ensure content is accurate, engaging, optimised for SEO, and aligned with brand tone and messaging
o Develop our brand through story telling and become the brand guardian of our tone of voice.
o Collaborate with subject matter experts, creatives, and freelancers to bring content to life
* Campaign & Channel Execution
o Partner with the growth and digital team to deliver content across paid, owned, and earned channels
o Drive awareness and demand generation through educational and solution-led storytelling
o Support localisation and translation of key content pieces for regional markets
* Performance & Optimisation
o Track performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEO platforms) and continuously optimise
o Test formats and messaging to drive engagement, lead generation, and conversions
o Stay current on content trends, platforms, and competitor strategies
* 5+ years of experience in B2B content or editorial roles, ideally in financial services, fintech, or professional services
* A portfolio of writing or editorial work across various formats (e.g. articles, thought leadership, guides, podcasts, web)
* Strong editorial judgement, grammar, and storytelling skills
* Experience managing content production workflows and external writers or agencies
* Understanding of SEO principles, keyword strategy, and web content best practices
* Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
