You’ll be the first point of contact for families, schools, and partner agencies—helping to triage enquiries, coordinate statutory processes, and ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. From managing the Annual Review process to supporting Education Health Care (EHC) assessments, your work will directly support children and young people in achieving their potential. What you’ll be doing Coordinating key statutory SEND processes, including Annual Reviews and post-16 requests. Acting as the first line of support for families, schools, and professionals—triaging enquiries and signposting where needed. Providing essential administrative support to SEND Operations Coordinators, ensuring timelines and statutory requirements are met.
