Responsibilities
1. Drive profitable growth and develop account strategies aligned with company goals.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities.
3. Act as liaison between OEM customers and Tier 1 Suppliers, including travel for customer visits.
4. Lead negotiations, prepare customer presentations, and manage Request for Quotations.
5. Ensure project profitability, manage sales forecasts, pricing, and engineering change requests.
6. Support products in production, addressing quality, service, and performance issues.
7. Develop and execute customer strategy plans in coordination with product line strategies.
8. Maintain strong relationships with customer teams and monitor processes for chargebacks and dues.
9. Collaborate with engineering teams and market trend surveys to support new technology development.
Qualifications
* Master’s degree in Engineering or Business preferred, with interest in automotive technologies.
* Experience in the automotive industry, preferably with JLR, and in international negotiations.
* Fluent in English with excellent organizational and communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary, multicultural environment.
