Care Assistant / Home Care Worker (Drivers Required)
£12.75–£13.25 per hour + Paid Travel + Mileage + Bonuses
Areas: Harlow & surrounding areas
Hours: Full-time & Part-time
Shifts: Morning (7:45am–1:00pm) & Evening (4:00pm–8:00pm)

No experience needed – full paid training provided
What You’ll Do
Support clients in their own homes with:
* Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
* Medication support & mobility assistance
* Companionship and meaningful conversation
* Meal prep, shopping & light household help
* Dementia & more complex care needs
* Accompanying clients to appointments or outings
No rushed visits – we prioritise quality care and real relationships
Pay & Benefits
* £12.75–£13.25 per hour
* Paid travel time + 30p per mile mileage

What We’re Looking For
* No experience required (full training provided)
* Caring, reliable and willing to learn
* Full UK driving licence & own vehicle (essential)
* Good English communication skills
* Willing to complete an Enhanced DBS check
