Camphill Community Glencraig is currently recruiting for the following vacancy: HR Administrator & Monitoring Officer (26/09/HRA/WEB) The Human Resources Administrator will be responsible for carrying out necessary administration for the HR department including recruitment and selection, volunteer recruitment administration, supporting the arrival and onboarding of non-UK national staff into the organisation, maintenance of personnel files, note taking and other tasks as directed by the HR team. *Please Note this role does not currently meet the criteria set by the UK Home Office for the Tier 2 Health and Social Care Visa * Closing date: 4pm - Monday 9th March 2026 Salary: Commencing on point one of a three-point scale: £12.60-£12.97 Hours of Work:19.5 hours per week - Wednesday 12.30pm to 5pm, Thursday & Friday 9am to 5pm. Additional hours may be required to cover sickness absence or periods of annual leave. Length of Contract:Permanent Essential Criteria: NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Business Administration and a minimum of six months experience working within an office administrator capacity. OR 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) to include a minimum level C grade inc. English language and Maths and a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a similar post with the NVQ Level 3 qualification : at least six months experience working within an office environment OR with the 5 GCSEs a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a similar post OR In the case of applicants who do not meet the qualification requirements of the post but have a minimum of 3 years experience in similar post the qualification part of this criterion will be waived Excellent working knowledge of MS Office package with particular experience in Word, Excel and Outlook Excellent and effective communication skills Strong understanding of the need for confidentiality Ability to prioritise Demonstrate ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Ability to work accurately Ability to work as part of a team Willingness to undertake mandatory training and to partake in personal development Strong organisational and administrative skills Demonstrate a flexible approach to meeting the objectives of the job Skills: HR Assistance Human Resources Processes Note Taking Support Administration HR Systems Management E-Recruitment HR Software Benefits: Group Life Assurance Paid Holidays Parking Pension Fund
