Your Role:
* Supporting pupils in their learning across various subjects
* Assisting teachers with classroom activities and behaviour management
* Providing one-to-one or small group support
* Helping create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
* Previous experience working with children (school-based or similar)
* A genuine passion for education and helping young people succeed
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
* Flexibility and reliability
