Job Title: Accounts Assistant
Location: Dundee
Salary: £22,000 - £28,000

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Accounts Assistant with credit control and purchase ledger experience to join the finance team.
Main Duties:
Following up on overdue invoices and implementing collection procedures
Handling and resolving payment disputes or discrepancies
Preparing weekly reports
Processing of supplier invoices
Managing supplier queries and reconciling supplier statements
Processing employee expenses
Managing and maintaining the accounts receivable ledger
Communicating with customers to ensure payment is received according to terms
Personal Requirements:
Proven credit control experience
Proficient in IT, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and various accounting software.
Ability to thrive in a past paced environment
Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
Exceptional attention to detail, with strong multitasking and prioritisation skills.
Flexible and willing to adapt to business needs, including handling ad hoc tasks.
