Responsibilities: We assess the impact of programme changes on people, processes, systems, and culture. We work with stakeholders across business units to understand needs, concerns, and readiness for change. We develop and maintain change plans, including communications, training, and engagement activities. We analyse current and future state processes to identify gaps and support transition planning. We assist in tracking and reporting on benefits realisation and adoption metrics. We identify change-related risks and issues and support mitigation planning. We support the development and delivery of communication and training materials with relevant teams. We conduct readiness assessments and support business areas in preparing for go-live and post-implementation.
