We are delighted to be partnering with a prestigious, international law firm to recruit an experienced Facilities Manager for their London office on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a high-profile role with responsibility for the day-to-day running of the firm’s London office operations, including facilities management, reception, catering, and support services. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment and is passionate about delivering first-class operational support.
The Role
Reporting into the Director of Operations – EME, you will:
* Lead all aspects of facilities and office support services.
* Manage supplier relationships, building maintenance, and service delivery.
* Oversee office fit-outs, refurbishments, and space planning.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety, security, and business continuity standards.
* Work closely with senior leadership and global teams on strategic and operational projects.
* Lead and develop a high-performing team across reception and facilities functions.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience (5+ years) in facilities or office management within a legal or professional services firm.
* Experience with relocation and moves
* Strong people leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Solid background in managing external vendors and contractors.
* NEBOSH or equivalent qualification (desirable).
* Sound knowledge of UK H&S legislation and facilities best practices.
* A proactive, solution-focused mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Remuneration:
* Salary - £70,000 - £75,000 per annum
