Reporting to the Lettings Business Manager, appointed to a Lettings hub. The New Business Partner is responsible for developing the business through business generation and property sourcing. After identifying landlord requirements, using effective communication and people skills to ensure a professional image is displayed to the customer to include exceptional customer service ensuring that the additional services Andrews have to offer align with the customer and business needs.
*please be advised salary advertised is average salary banding including OTE on top of basic per annum*

The successful candidate will be:
* experienced in lettings in estate agency sector
* familiar with valuations of the properties
* having own transport and full UK driving licence
* customer service experience and property market experience
* well presented and self-motivated
* Excellent communicator having great organizational skills
* Have outstanding customer service skills
* Be resilient, positive and have excellent attention to detail
* Familiar with the use of IT systems
* Will have proven experience working in the property industry, with a high level of competency of lets of the properties and property management
* A strong leader and have a burning ambition to succeed in the lettings industry
The key responsibilities of the role:
* To ensure you understand your branch and personal KPIs, in terms of achieving the ingredients required to satisfy the branch performance plan and to always seek to achieve and exceed these on a weekly/monthly basis.
* To fully utilise and comply with systems and procedures which are in place. To maximise business efficiency whilst delivering a first-class service through your interaction with customers.
* To be aware of the KPI requirements around additional services in line with customer requirements and business need, maximising business opportunities. To ensure all fees are charged in accordance with the terms of business.
* To be responsible for securing business through effective and appropriate valuation of property, producing accurate property details to obtain the optimum property price.
* To be aware of all KPI and objective requirements for AMS appointments, MWU leads and any other business partner requirements
* To arrange a written confirmation of the follow-up valuation letter and market comparables within 24 hours.
* To ensure you work effectively through efficient diary and systems management to ensure we maximise the good use of time and deliver a service that delights our customers.
* To ensure all customers are fully aware of the process they are entering in to including the costs and financial implication and are aware of the support and services that can be sourced through Andrews Property Group network.
* To keep under review the lets price of properties and advise the landlord, as appropriate, of any price adjustments necessary to ensure the property is competitively priced for the prevailing market.
