SEN Tutor\n\nSalary:\n\n£25 - £35 Per hour\n\nJob Duties:\n\nProvide tailored educational support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)\nDevelop individualised learning plans based on students' needs and abilities\nDeliver engaging and effective lessons to help students achieve their academic goals\nAssess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly\nWork collaboratively with other educators and professionals to support student development\n\nRequired Qualifications:\n\nQualified Teacher Status (QTS)\nExperience working with students with SEN\nKnowledge of SEN support strategies and interventions\n\nEducation:\n\nBachelor's degree in Education or related field\n\nExperience:\n\nMinimum of 2 years experience in a teaching or tutoring role\n\nKnowledge and Skills:\n\nUnderstanding of SEN legislation and best practises\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\nAbility to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\nPostgraduate qualification in Special Education Needs\nExperience working in a SEN school or specialist setting\n\nWorking Conditions:\n\nPart-time hours, flexible schedule\nWork primarily in a classroom or one-on-one setting with students\nOpportunity for remote or online tutoring\nAll applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
