Lloyds Banking Group - Customer Support - Weston Super Mare

JOB TITLE: Customer Support

LOCATION: Weston Super Mare, working across Lloyds and Halifax branches within reasonable distance.

HOURS: 35 hours a week, including Saturdays

WORKING PATTERN: Full-time

SALARY:£25,000 increasing to £25,750 after 6 months in role. Potential to reach £30,750 at highest skill level.


About this opportunity

You’ll begin your journey in one of our branches, providing face‑to‑face support to customers and develop within an inclusive organisation focused on putting people first.

Over time, opportunities to transition into roles such as remote support, phone/call centre, digital channels or specialist areas including Digital, Operations, Fraud and Financial Planning will be available.

All new colleagues spend a minimum of 12 months in a customer service role, mastering new skills and earning accreditations. This foundation supports exploration of career opportunities across the Group.


What you’ll need

* People person – honest, genuine, caring about helping customers with their finances (no previous experience required).
* Build relationships quickly to provide a fantastic experience.
* Empathy, integrity, and patience to resolve queries.
* Commitment to deliver on promises and exceed expectations.
* Teamwork and collaboration with colleagues.
* Homeworking criteria if in a hybrid location (quiet private room, stable internet).
