Housing Administration Officer needed in Loughborough, £12.21ph PAYE – Reference: OR11290
* Deliver a full range of administrative functions including the collection, logging, and distribution of incoming and outgoing post, word processing, filing, and recording systems. Handle telephone inquiries and complaints, providing an efficient and effective service with sensitivity towards issues involving vulnerable individuals.
* Manage all inquiries, including overseeing mailboxes across the Service, from customers and partners, taking ownership of and resolving queries.
* Maintain and input data into various databases and spreadsheets to support the Service in completing government statistical returns and monitoring performance.
* Assist in organizing consultation events and other ad hoc partnership and team meetings, including sourcing meeting rooms and venues, taking and writing minutes, and organizing refreshments.
This is a full-time role on a temporary contract basis.
